Easy paragraph writing on TRAFFIC JAM

Question: Write a paragraph in about 100-120 words on ‘Traffic Jam’.

Answer: Traffic jam is one of the major problems in cities and towns nowadays. It means the long line of vehicles that hardly move. There are several causes of traffic jam. Considering the population of our country, roads are not enough. Most of the roads are narrow for this large number of vehicles. Many vehicles are unlicensed and not permitted to drive. But the drivers don’t follow the traffic rules. They also violate the traffic signals. Overtaking is also one of the causes of this problem. The traffic police is also not enough. Sometimes it blocks one or two kilometres on some occasions. It is such an intolerable problem especially at office or school time. It kills our valuable time and hampers our work. It causes the worst sufferings to the ambulances and the fire brigade vehicles. However, we can solve this problem by taking some proper steps. Spacious roads should be constructed. The traffic rules must be applied strictly and the violent must be punished. Sufficient traffic police should be posted. The illegal vehicles should be removed. Then, we can hope to solve this problem. As a result, our life will be easy and comfortable.
