A Man of Taured (A mysterious man)

 In everyday of our lives, a number of happenings take place. Some of them are common and some are very surprising and mysterious that can hardly be known or solved. As we are living in an age of science, we are becoming able to know some of them by degrees. The more science gets progressed, the more we are getting knowledge about the mystery of the Cosmology. 

Science says that there are parallel universes in this Cosmos. So, what is parallel universe? A parallel universe is a hypothetical self-contained reality co-existing with one’s own. A specific group of parallel universes are called a multiverse. According to science, there are many planets existing in this Cosmos which are similar to our planet (the earth). These are called as parallel universes. In these universes, there may be human beings like us like the twins. Now you can ask me why I am talking about this. Because, my story is interrelated to this topic.


It was a day of summer in July, 1954 at the Tokyo International Airport in Japan which is one of the busiest airports in the world. Like the other days, a European Airlines landed and all the passengers started to get down. But the story began from there which nobody was ready for.

When the custom officers of the Tokyo International Airport started to check the passengers, they noticed a strange thing. They got a traveler with a passport for a country called Taured. When the officers asked the strange traveler for the location of his country, then the man claimed his country in Europe and also carried some currencies  from European country. But everybody was shocked  at his answers because there was no any country called Taured in Europe. So the airport officers  pulled him to a room to get a simple explanation why they didn’t know about this country if it was really existed. So they started to investigate him for inquiries. 

As the officers tried to verify the given information by the traveler from Taured, he stated that this was his third trips this year to Japan for his company. So the officers went to his company but the company he said refused to identify who he was. He then claimed his hotel reservations but that was also failed to get the proof. He then said that he had been making such trips for five years. He could also speak Japanese well and there was no doubt that he had a connection with Japan. He could speak French like a native speaker which was another proof of being a European and he also looked like a European as well. 

The officers got him a world map to locate his claimed country but he was genuinely shocked that he could not find his country on this world map. But he added that his country was located exactly where the map showed the province of Andorra along with the parts of France and Spain. And he also said that the Taured had existed for a thousand years. The airport officials were getting into more complexity with this issue and the man from Taured claimed his country to be on this map and not surprisingly, demanded to talk to government officials with this issue. 

As he was not approved to leave the airport, the airport authorities managed a hotel room for him to stay until it was solved. Two immigration officers were set to guard him so that he could not go away without solving the perplexing matter. He was served dinner at night and the officers were guarding him from the door to room all night. When the officials checked his room in the morning, he was not found in the room. Even his all documents he provided were disappeared.

From that time to this present, it is a paranormal mysterious matter that may never be solved. Who was he? Is he a man from an alternative dimension?

There is a flag in every independent nation. It implies the independence and sovereignty of a free country. As our country, Bangladesh is a free nation, so she has got a flag of her own. We the people in this country feel proud because it means that our country is free and sovereign. It always reminds us of the valiant struggle of the freedom fighters of our country. The shape of our flag is rectangular and the proportion of it is 10:6. It is hoisted everyday on top of the governmental buildings and educational  institutions.
